The Neuro Advantage
SUSTAINABLE EXCELLENCE
“Do it again.” Something we hear all the time.
High-performance gymnastics, which depends on building consistency in a landscape of ever-increasing difficulty, relies on a high volume of reps and many, many hours of training.
But: The immense amount of training can have a cost, and over time, some athletes plateau despite excellent and consistent coaching.
What if there were a more efficient path to the same result?
Fewer reps, less impact, and no disruption to existing training plans.
A way to develop exceptional near-term performance while fostering long-term resilience.
Neuro performance training is an approach that delivers on these things.
Consistently integrating neuro training techniques enables programs to:
Accelerate learning, reducing the number of reps to achieve skill mastery
Correct persistent technical and execution obstacles in less time
Develop greater resilience and capacity to handle training loads
Uncover untapped speed, power, and flexibility
Foster long-term physical durability
All to sustain a thriving team that moves through pre-season upgrades with less friction and performs with greater consistency through the final post-season meets.
LevelUp Neuro is science-based, but with a very pragmatic approach that instantly improves skill performance. Yuka’s hands-on educational approach creates many instant game changer moments for our gymnasts that they can take with them forever. We are very excited that Yuka became part of our Athelte Wellness Program at Redwood Empire Gymnastics!
Eric Van der Meer, Owner & Coach, Redwood Empire Gymnastics (CA)
Yuka was amazing! She worked with all of my athletes both as a group and one on one. She helped unlock parts of their brains that improved their mental strength and physical alignment. This made a huge difference in how quickly they were able to learn new skills and make corrections. She introduced techniques I had never seen before and would not have thought of myself. It was incredibly refreshing and inspiring to watch the changes she made in such a short amount of time. My athletes are already asking when she is coming back, and the parents keep telling me how much they have noticed positive changes in their daughters as well.

PROGRAM OPTIONS
ANNUAL ENGAGEMENTS
Take advantage of the secret weapon that leads to better results and builds greater resilience.
Drive program transformation through regular visits (2-4 per year). I work with a small number of programs each year to support each team with dedicated attention.
A standard engagement includes coach education and on-the-floor analysis and troubleshooting during practice. Gymnasts get customized drills for specific skills, flexibility, or routine consistency, and can apply them on the spot.
To deepen the impact, in-person visits can include athlete screens, and between-visit virtual troubleshooting.
With a close partnership, I get to know the unique needs of each gymnast and the program as a whole to advance both to new levels.
VIRTUAL COACH EDUCATION
Custom high-impact sessions to equip coaches with the key concepts, drills, progressions to help you short-cut skill acquisition and refinement.
A series of foundational clinics will give you and your staff the essential concepts and tools so you can confidently integrate the right drill at the right time.
Every engagement can be customized to the needs of your program. Email me at info@levelupneuro.io to get the conversation started.
