The drills and concepts in this guide apply to basic leaps and jumps - primarily helping create a clean, aligned and high split, straddle and switch leap. But these same principles (creating more midline stability and control) will aid more advanced skills like switch-half or ring positions, and I’ve included some powerful cues for improving these skills.
