LevelUp Neuroperformance offers custom, small group classes in order to optimize the experience and to enable close observation and coaching. In-person & online.
I’m excited to offer a series of classes to teach brain-based drills to enhance athletic performance and develop greater resistance to injury. Players will learn exercises they can integrate into regular training for better mobility, agility, reaction time, and recovery.
Sessions will focus on:
Developing a high-definition brain-body map to develop greater strength, mobility and movement efficiency
Vision training to improve reaction time, focus and peripheral awareness, all of which have been shown to contribute to reduced incidence of concussion
Flexibility and recovery, including breathwork and brain-based methods for improving range-of-motion (little to no stretching!)
