UNLOCKING SHOULDER FLEXIBILITY
(& STABILITY!)

A live online clinic for coaches, gymnasts, other athletes and artists who want to learn how to use a brain-based approach to breakthrough flexibility roadblocks in less time, and build functional shoulder mobility that lasts.

SUNDAY, APRIL 28TH
10:30 am PDT / 1:30 pm EDT
90 minutes
$47
The clinic will be recorded.

Why I created this clinic

Intentionally including the brain to solve mobility challenges is a highly effective and efficient approach, and by using the simple drills I’ll teach, you’ll save time (and frustration), and be able to help the athletes who have chronically tight shoulders. The ones for whom:

  • Stretching, rolling and other tools just don’t help, and

  • Flexibility changes don’t last, or even get worse after stretching

  • Skills suffer because of their limited flexibility

What I’ll Cover

Basic neuroanatomy and key principles underlying this approach so you understand WHY and HOW the changes are happening

Easy-to-learn and teach drills that can open new ranges of motion in under 30 seconds.

How to integrate the drills into practice (& daily life) to help your athletes (or you):

  • Remove roadblocks to achieving new ranges of motion in less time

  • Build flexibility that lasts

  • Increase mobility while also developing stability

  • Achieve better shapes to perform skills with more speed, power and efficiency

  • Achieve biomechanically safer angles to build resistance to injury

What’s Included

  • LIVE 90-minute clinic (via Zoom)

  • You’ll do the drills with me to experience how quickly things can change

    Real-time Q & A

Recording that you can access forever

Meet Your Instructor

Yuka Sugiura, Neuroperformance Coach
I teach athletes and coaches how to optimize the brain to boost all aspects of performance, to accelerate learning and recovery, and to reduce pain.

One of the great benefits of this approach — apart from reactions of surprise at the changes (“Wait, what just happened???”) — is that the same drill can be a performance enhancer as well as a pain reliever. How? Because the brain is in charge of both!

I love teaching and coaching. I’ve been fortunate to work with gymnasts from Compulsory levels to members of US National and World teams, elite competitive dancers, and have presented to coaches and sports medicine staff at D1 NCAA programs and at USA Gymnastics National Congress.

And I’m excited to share this leading-edge approach with YOU!

Who is this clinic for?

Coaches, gymnasts, dancers, artistic athletes (divers, cheer, aerial and circus artists), movement pros, and anyone else who:

  • Struggles with shoulder pain and stiffness that other approaches don’t seem to help

  • Wants simple, quick and effective tools to build functional flexibility for their shoulders

  • Loves new approaches to old problems

You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers

  • Sunday, April 28th at 10:30 am PDT / 1:30 pm EDT, 90 minutes

  • No, but I HIGHLY recommend it as you’ll be able to ask me questions (“What do I do with a kid who _____”), ask about the drills other specifics that apply to you or athletes you work with.

  • Yes! You’ll receive an email a couple of days after the clinic with a link to access it.

  • This is also for you. I’ll share a brain-based approach to functional stability and some drills that you wouldn't expect to help. (The answer isn't going to be just "strengthen your shoulders.")

  • Not directly. I'm going to teach concepts and drills that are primarily intended to help "tight shoulders" or other similarly chronic and limiting situations. I won’t be teaching protocols for specific diagnoses.

  • Yes! I have discounted pricing for groups ($37/person). Please send me an email at info@levelupneuro.io with your details.

  • Nope. I do work primarily with them, but this clinic is for anyone who wants to improve their shoulder mobility and stability.

  • Yes! If you’re the parent of an athlete or dancer (or neither and you’re just interested in learning), you’re 100% welcome!

  • Yes, very likely. If you can’t attend live and don’t like to learn via recordings, I get it! To make sure you don’t miss future clinics, join the LevelUp Newsletter.
