Why I created these programs: I’ve treated athletes in the Stanford University training room and have worked with numerous D1 and Elite gymnasts, and despite an immense amount of training, I see consistent gaps in physical and neural preparation that can limit performance, resilience and resistance to injury.

My goal is to provide a more complete foundation for young athletes, and for Elite and collegiate gymnasts to help them find hidden capacity by filling in the gaps.

READY TO RISE

For gymnasts 11-18 years old currently or seeking to compete at the Elite level and/or in college.

PEAK PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY

For collegiate and professional gymnasts 18+ who want to optimize physical readiness, performance capacity and recovery so you feel better and perform better more consistently.

HOW IT WORKS

The first step is an initial consultation. During this session, we’ll go over your near- and far-term goals, current obstacles, and injury history, if any. Then I’ll do a few core assessments to determine if you’ll benefit from a brain-based program. The vast majority of athletes respond well to neuro performance drills, but we want to confirm this before you commit to a program.

Assuming we get a green light, we’ll schedule your first session and get started on your performance transformation!

VISION FIRST

It’s like unlocking a cheat code. In this 90-minute clinic recording (plus bonus drills), you’ll learn how to take advantage of a crucial yet often overlooked foundation of great movement. If you’re not seeing results you’d expect after hundreds of reps, more time stretching, rolling, extra conditioning, the eyes could be the reason why.

You’ll learn:

  • The key visual skills every athlete should be doing; why 20/20 isn’t enough

  • Drills that facilitate midline stability and control

  • How to do a basic assessment of visual function

  • Essential drills: The neuroscience that explains why they work, exactly how to apply them, and how to regress or progress them so your athletes (or you!) can get more wins every day.

THE VESTIBULAR SYSTEM: YOUR BODY’S SECRET WEAPON

The vestibular system is one of the most powerful and critical systems for movement, yet most coaches and athletes don’t know about it or know how to take advantage of it. In this 80-minute clinic recording, you’ll learn how to use the vestibular system to unlock and accelerate changes in flexibility, stability, balance, and power.

You’ll learn

  • Basic neuroanatomy and physiology - just enough so you know how and why a single drill can be used to improve spotting, speed or flexibility

  • A key assessment to evaluate an athlete’s vestibular function

  • A drill that can help shoulder flexibility as well as correct and improve learning and execution of skills

  • How to progress, regress and integrate drills into practice (or daily life)

HIP FLEXIBILITY MASTERCLASS

A jam-packed 90-minute recorded masterclass to learn my go-to neuro drills for hip flexibility - for splits, squats, arabesques and more. If you’re an athlete, artist, coach or instructor who wants to improve dynamic mobility (the true goal), and do it in less time, this is for you!

You’ll learn:

  • Time-saving drills to safely open up hip flexibility that don’t require more stretching, rolling, forcing, pushing or pain

  • Specific drills for different muscles groups - hamstrings, hip flexors, adductors, internal/external rotation

  • Level 1: Overcome Obstacles

    When athletic performance is affected due to chronic pain, recurring injuries or mobility issues, including the brain (the CEO of movement and pain), can accelerate change and recovery. We’ll shape a plan to meet your goals, including a program of at-home exercises to start you on a path to feeling invincible.

    Typically 3-5 sessions

  • Level 2: Boost Your Baseline

    Once we've identified and addressed the key barriers to performance, we'll shift focus to training the pillars of athletic excellence: vision, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems. We'll refine and advance your program to improve flexibility, stability, speed and power while supporting daily recovery. You’ll start to feel better during practice and competition and have effective recovery methods for managing daily aches and pains.

    5-10 sessions once core obstacles are cleared

  • Level 3: Peak Performance

    sustain and enhance your new levels of performance. Sessions shift from building a new foundation to refining and optimizing the gains you’ve achieved. You’ll learn more advanced performance tools (elite athletes never stop learning!) and can use sessions to help you recover from training, matches & meets so you feel your best when it matters the most.

For each event, here’s what’s included:
Event warm-up drills: Priming the brain and body to learn and perform. 1-3 minutes of drills to warm-up balance, coordination, flexibility and to heighten body awareness.

Skill or context-specific drills: 2-5 different drills to boost event-specific needs. For example, for vault, you’ll get drills to help:

  • Upper back and shoulder flexibility

  • Wrist mobility

  • Proprioception and coordination

  • Blocking
