Improved range of motion and less back pain after a 30-second vision drill.
IT’S LIKE UNLOCKING A CHEAT CODE
If you’re not seeing results you’d expect after hundreds of reps, more time stretching, rolling, extra conditioning, the eyes could be the reason why. OR, you’re doing great but would love a boost in flexibility, balance or power with out much additional training.
WHY THE EYES?
Vision is at the top of the movement hierarchy, not our muscles and joints. It’s why it’s one of the first things I assess with every athlete I work with but it’s one of the most overlooked drivers behind great movement.
In this clinic, you’ll experience first-hand how tightly vision is tied to movement and muscle tone, and why a deficiency in visual skills could be behind a range of motion, speed or coordination problem. Or contributing to a mental block.
You’ll learn why adding the right drill at the right time can help athletes learn faster, discover more power, speed and flexibility.
And — when you know how to tap into this critical sense — you’ll see that more stretching, more conditioning, more reps aren’t the answer. You’ll know how you can do more with less.
You already know how quickly these drills can take effect.
Enhance your expertise by learning exactly how to implement them to leap past performance plateaus.
What I’ll Cover
The neural foundations: The powerful neurophysiology that connects our eyes to the rest of the body and why vision drills can be a make-or-break tool.
The key to MORE with less: I’ll teach the must-know skills and accompanying drills that I use with every athlete, whether they want to boost performance or feel less pain.
Gain an expert eye: Learn what to look for to uncover deficiencies that could be creating obstacles to progress, AND – something I don’t often teach - how to fix them.
Make it better, make it stick: How to integrate the drills into practice and daily routines to create lasting, game-changing results.
Only a tiny percentage
of expert coaches understand the crucial role that vision plays in movement, and an even smaller percentage know how to train it. I created this clinic for coaches, movement instructors and medical providers who turn over all the stones in search of better tools because you want MORE for the athletes you work with.
You’ll learn the drills I use every day that help athletes:
Find more flexibility for splits and bridges
Run faster
Feel less back, knee and shoulder pain
Generate more power
Do skills with less effort
It's eye opening to realise how something so simple can be so effective. For example, rather than pushing myself to be more flexible, Yuka showed me a stretch to do and something with my eyes that made an immediate difference. It's so easy that I ended up doing it on the competition floor before I competed. This also helped me with my self belief in competition to know I was physically prepped and ready.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes! You can use the concepts and principles to enhance your own training.
-
Yes, absolutely. While I do work primarily with artistic athletes, this clinic is for anyone who wants to learn how to apply vision drills and assessments. The same drills can benefit athletes in any sport, and I can answer questions about how to apply them to your specific needs.
-
No, you can watch and re-watch for as long as you wish.
-
Yes but not to specific cases. I’ll be able to answer generally as it relates to anatomy and dysfunction, but as I’m not your personal coach or therapist, I won’t be providing treatment protocols for specific diagnoses. That said, I will teach drills that can assist with dysfunction.
-
Yes! If you’re the parent of an athlete or dancer (or neither and you’re just interested in learning), you’re 100% welcome!
You’re ready to level up your toolkit and help your athletes discover new heights without more reps, hours and exertion.

What it’s like to learn from me
Hi! I’m Yuka
I’m a Neuro Performance Coach, and I teach athletes and coaches how to activate the brain to boost all aspects of performance, to accelerate learning and recovery, and to reduce pain.
One of the great benefits of this approach is that the tools I teach are effective in both performance and therapeutic settings.
I love teaching and coaching, and I’ve been fortunate to work with gymnasts from Compulsory levels to members of US National and World teams, elite competitive dancers, Olympians in multiple sports.
And I’m excited to share these powerful tools with YOU!
