Vision Training for Athletes
This is a highly specialized class focused on training vision skills required for sports, including:
Depth judgment
Peripheral vision
Object tracking
Hand-eye and foot-eye coordination
This class is for athletes in any sport. Enhanced visual perception and processing will aid track & field athletes, gymnasts, divers, as well as field and court athletes. When we’re better at understanding and quickly processing what’s around us, the brain lets up on the brakes and we benefit from greater speed, power, control, reaction time, and reduced chances of concussion.
This is a small class (max 8 athletes) to ensure close observation and correction.
